Hanover BLVD Place

Amazing property. I have had the opportunity to live in this beautiful building for 4 years. Everything has been exceptional. The human team is a 10, always ready to help when needed. The amenities are above a 5-star hotel. The pool and gym are spectacular. Everything is super well-maintained, organized, and clean. I hope to return at some point in the future. Thank you for everything Hanover team. 🫶🏻

What an amazing property. Absolutely BEAUTIFUL! I had the opportunity to tour the facility with Ms. Daphanie and she was everything. Not only was her personality genuine, but her knowledge of the property was very impressive. I didn’t have to ask anything. Any question I could think of asking was addressed in conversation during the tour. I highly recommend this property it’s a must see and very beautiful. Seriously thinking of a second tour before finding my future residence. Thank you for making this experience an impressionable one.

When I made the decision to move from California to Texas, I was determined to find an apartment that would still feel like home. Upon visiting the Hanover, I was warmly welcomed by Mona who immediately put me at ease about my move. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and it was clear that she genuinely cared about my happiness in a new city. I visited several other buildings in the area, but none of them compared to the Hanover. In fact, I loved it so much that I even went back for a second tour, just to make sure I was making the right choice. And I'm so glad I did. During my second visit, I had the pleasure of meeting Michele, the building manager, who I absolutely adore. She clearly takes great pride in the property and genuinely cares about the well being of all the residents. The Hanover is not only clean and well maintained, but it's also filled with friendly people. Any work orders I've had have been addressed quickly and efficiently, and I haven't had a single complaint. Moving to the Hanover was truly the best decision I could have made, and I'm incredibly grateful to Mona and Michele for making this place feel like home.

Before you even consider touring or living at Hanover BLVD place, let me tell you about my awful experience living here: A. Racism and Profiling: On numerous occasions, my family, friends and I have received discriminatory treatment and comments, from not only the leasing staff but the front desk concierge. If you are black, African, or a person of color PLEASE save your money & consider living somewhere else. The property staff has gone out of their way to inappropriately monitor my daily activities starting from the parking garage, the elevators, the halls then to my apartment home. None of my actions have warranted for this kind of nasty treatment but I guess the staff at Hanover BLVD feel obligated to do so due to the color of my skin. In addition, they allow other residents to freely install & angle their ring door cameras that records the entire hall of my unit as well as the interior of my apartment when I enter/ exit. This obviously invades my privacy and makes me feel very uncomfortable. I have expressed this concern to management, but till this day they have done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about it. B. ROACH INFESTATION: I pay ~$4,000 a month for my apartment home and I have not been able to enjoy the amenities due to serious ROACH INFESTATION. In every corner of the rooftop pool and barbecue area, you are guaranteed to see a roach. We are not talking about small roaches, but big cockroaches almost the size of my thumb. Till today, management has not done anything to resolve this and this is unacceptable given the amount of money I pay each month. C. NO AC IN ELEVATORS AND HALLWAYS On numerous occasions, the elevators don’t work and there is no AC in the hallways and elevators. With the amount of checks they collect from residents, you would think that Hanover BLVD place will invest in proper ventilation. But think again! This complex does not care and will literally allow their residents and guests to suffer and sweat in heat, which is totally UNACCEPTABLE. D. POOR MAINTENANCE AND SAFETY HAZARDS The front door of my apartment home is not sealed at the bottom which leaves room for privacy violations, theft, and trespassing. The wood flooring throughout my unit is worn down. It constantly slides and has caused damage to the bottom of my feet. This is not safe, especially if you have children! These are just an FEW examples of why I would not recommend HANOVER BLVD Place. Overall, HANOVER BLVD Place gets 0 out of 5 stars.

Over the past several weeks we have toured several properties in and around the Galleria area. My decision to move to Blvd. Place was an excellent decision. This building is impeccable and the staff is amazing. When i enter the property i am greeted with kinds words and a smile. I have gotten to know the property manager, Michele and am extremly impressed with her level of professionalism. I love living at Blvd. Place!!!!!

I recently had an experience at this apartment complex that left me feeling uncomfortable and discriminated against. While I believe that every community should be inclusive and welcoming to all residents and their guests, my experience did not reflect these values. During my time here, I invited guests to visit, and unfortunately, I felt they were unfairly profiled and treated differently. This made me uncomfortable and disappointed, as I had hoped for a more inclusive and respectful environment. I believe it's crucial for all residents and guests to be treated with fairness and without prejudice. I hope that the management of this complex takes steps to ensure that everyone feels welcomed and valued, regardless of their background. I hope for positive changes in the future to make this complex a more inclusive and harmonious community. The manager who worked there Sunday and her nieces acted as if it’s their father playground, KARENING all over the place. If you’re black don’t come to Hanover BLVD
